I found a new place to walk, down by Minnehaha creek (in Minneapolis, Minnesota). It’s a nice place to walk once you get down there. But getting there was quite a workout. You have to walk down this very long stairway. Every time I go my legs are sore for a couple days. But it is worth the effort.
The water from the creek flows from the Mississippi, not too far from where this picture was taken.
A little ways from here, about a half-mile up the creek, is Minnehaha falls.
There are some things about flowers we don’t see until its flower falls off in the fall—its intricate structure and design.
… Since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities — his eternal power and divine nature — have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made … (Romans 1:20)
A delicate little flower.
I love this flower. I don’t know what it is. It looks a little like a goats beard flower.
Lovely and delicate flower.
A wet bridge on a rainy day.
This Osprey hawk was way up on this stand, but she sure was nervous when I came by. I know she probably had some babies in her nest.
This is the first and best photo of the day. A beautiful duck.
